I just finished putting up all of El Cazador de la Bruja. I'm in the process of uploading Death Note, Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge, Pumpkin Scissors, Hayate the Combat Butler, and Rental Magica.

Well, this is really cool, specially for someone that has not kept track with anime as much as I would have wanted. And yet... I did watch the Haruhi series about two years ago XD

Anyway, I think I shall start by watching "El Cazador de la Bruja" first, those who know a bit more about me can surely guess why

A Mystery/Horror/Psychological Thriller Anime.

Smythe's Pathos Society Summary:

"June, 1983. In the sleepy, rural village of Hinamizawa, recent newcomer
Keiichi Maebara is more than content to spend his days playing card
games with his four female friends in the tiny one-room classroom as
the sun sets.

But nothing is as it seems. And as the annual Watanagashi Festival
approaches, secrets tear through the tranquility of Hinamizawa. What
seems, at first, to be a lighthearted tale of youth becomes something
darker, much darker. And twisted. The past repeats itself again and
again. People die. People disappear. And people are changed
forever. Rivers of blood run through the streets as the truth is
revealed. Or is it really the truth? What is real? What is the

Some parts of Higurashi can be light, but for the most part it's not an anime for the faint-of-heart. The storyline is separated into a number of arcs, each of which is about four or five episodes long, with some being longer than others. I won't spoil the surprise that comes after the first arc for you, but you should continue watching after the end of the first arc. Also, know that I consider the second arc to be considerably darker than the first arc. If you can stomach it, I definitely recommend Higurashi, above everything else I've watched so far.

.Hack I loved the books. I want more. How do I see it?

I remember watching .hack when it first came out. Then all of the sequel nonsense happened. I still do like one of the character designs a lot though.

Unfortunately, Smythe , none of the things you uploaded on Nov. 4th seem to be showing up for me. The links are there, but whenever I click on them I get a "Not Found" error message.

I haven't gotten around to embedded anything I uploaded on the 4th, so only the "MegaVideo" links work right now.

Alright, everyone. I went and added all the embedded videos for 4 November, and went and updated with 11-18 of Cowboy Bebop and 1-10 of Lucky Star.

Also, CrazyWoodElf was nice enough to give me a hand with embedding, and now small and large embedded videos are now available for ALL uploaded episodes of ALL series (except Haruhi and El Cazador, and those will be finished tomorrow )

Next up: Nodame Cantabile, and this is another one I very, very, very, very highly recommend you all see. Episodes 1-5 are up.

I added a little icon to Pathos Society to mark which series are complete and which ones I haven't finished uploading yet.

Alright, so, I set my computer up to upload a few things when I was at school today. And when I got home, I learned my connection had cut out with only 2 minutes remaining on the upload. And I had to start it over again.

After I got done crying and swearing, I saw an ad on MegaVideo for "MEGA MANAGER! RESUME BROKEN UPLOADS! UPLOAD FASTER" and figured, what the hell, it was worth a try.

Dear lord it's an amazing device.

It uses TCP to upload rather than going through the browser, and thus has the ability to upload an entire series in about 40 minutes.

So, uh... all of Ouran Host Club is now up, plus all of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and eps 1-14 of Higurashi Kai.

Embeds should be up soon. :3 :3

After a whole lot of issues and trouble and epic fail, Ergo Proxy is finally uploaded and finished.

All of Death Note and 2x2 Shinobuden are up too, as well as dear lord Gankutsuou is fucking brilliant. It's based on The Count of Monte Cristo, for those of y'all that don't know. That's one's all up too. (And speaking of anime based on French literature, I'm currently offering a reward of over 9,000 Smythehugs (and maybe some Secret EXP )for anyone who can find me all 52 episodes of Les Miserables: Shoujo Cosette with English subtitles. Or even raw. If I can get them raw, I'll work on subtitling them myself).

Cowboy Bebop should be finished by tonight. Should be.

Also, I especially recommend Gankutsuou to Kanue and Tenkawa, because if you think that Light and Lelouch are manipulative bastards, they're children compared to the Count in Gankutsuou. :3

I'm happy I could show you something you liked in a round about way.

The art is also amazing. (Although watching it this way, I realise that might be a little hard to tell at some points.)

Alrighty, update time.

Today, I managed to get the rest of Hayate no Gotuko and Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge uploaded. Also, MegaVideo's got a new format for its embedded videos (that includes a FULL SCREEN button! Woot!), so we don't need to make multiple sizes of embedded video.

The downside of this? The FULL SCREEN doesn't work on all the embedded videos we made before. >_< So we're now in the process of re-embedding everything, and everything we embed in the future will only be in the one size and perfect. So 2x2 Shinobuden, Death Note, Dennou Coil, Elfen Lied and Ergo Proxy have all been updated in the new embed style.
