Since this ever-mysterious "Quick-sama" appears to be the up and coming antagonist, I thought it might be fun to create a topic to toss around ideas about his identity and the identities of his companions. Post any theories, ideas, speculation, or relevant chat conversations you might have.

Heh... I have my suspicion, but I'm keeping it to myself.

What I can tell you though, is that I think at least two of them are 3-A students, and I do think the other 2 are students as well.

Don't forget everyone, Midori is remembering more now. They may be people she knew in her past-life but she doesn't remember enough to match the voices with faces. I also doubt that any PC students are involved.

Well, I'm skeptical of that. If Anshou was voice three (Quick-sama), when would he have time to stop being Hikari's guardian/slave to get the follower that is voice one? The only way I'd see that working is if Hikari was voice one which I highly doubt.

As for my opinion, I'll just stick to the voices being from Midori's past life and those people being NPCs. I just don't see enough of our characters fitting this.

EDIT: Oh and the fact that most characters were doing other things that night, at that time. It'd have to be characters that didn't do anything then, and that doesn't leave a lot of possibilities. It also further rules out Anshou since Hikari was training with Ximnez and couldn't be there to be voice one.

I dont think Smythe would make it obvious who the Quick-sama is. And he likes to throw us all in differnt directions. So I'm not going to acusse anyone just yet because we need to wait and see. And I'm not good at taking quotes and stuff out of contect like A CERTAIN SOMEBODY ELSE Catface

I think you guys are missing the obvious answer. From what Chojiro was saying about how he hates nobles, I think that he's Quick-sama and that the cold woman is Nanao Ise. The first voice and the silent one are probably other teachers, like maybe Fuiro or Shingi?

Cause Quick-sama talks about how someday Soul Society will belong to him, and whose better to take over Soul Society than the general's right hand man! Also, the general is getting sick and old and only Chojiro knows this.

Besides, I really doubt that Smythe would let PC's be his villians.

In all seriousness, I'm actually really glad Kanue and Igarashi are posting this kind of stuff. The fact I suck at keeping up with the game means I usually have no theories as to anything, ever. (Naomi had to tell me about Ximinez. Sweatdrop

) Debate like this is really helpful when you've got a plot-brain that's totally rubbish. =)

However, I'd agree with Sarah that having player characters as villains isn't always a good move, the last game was pretty damned hectic, and Smythe seems to want this 'un to be fairly long (s'been a year already). You'd need bloody awesome RPers to be credible villains in a game this long. Not that Anshou isn't a great writer, just he doesn't exactly post that frequently . Sweatdrop

I think what we also have to consider vis-a-vis Quick-Sama is just whether we're going to be ready when he attacks. I think we all need to make sure to be as active as we possibly can and try and get as much experience as we can so that we'll be strong enough to take on whatever's coming.

We should probably start poking Daisuke and a few others just to make sure we all get enough experience to hold our own when things start getting dangerous again.

In the Council of 46 thread, the only names with 12 letters are Ushio Touseki and Urou Fujiwara.

In the post about the noble families, there's Akira Tenkawa and Usai Fujiwara.

I also noticed that "Sousuke Aizen" has 12 letters too. I don't know where else names have been mentioned.
